I purchased a new 2012 GMC Terrain in April 2012. Two months later I was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light. Trust me, those 5-star crash test ratings are true. I have dealt with Cadilac, Chevrolet dealers , but this was the first GMC dealer. It was the best of all the dealerships, bar none. Robert Turlington was the first person I talked to & It was the best car was the first GMC dealer. It was the best of all the dealerships, bar none. Robert Turlington was the first person I talked to & It was the best car buying experience I have ever had .I bought my first new car in 1965 so this was not my " first rodeo ". From the time we shook hands till the delivery of my GMC Terrain it was a truelly great experience.Robert went out of his way to get me every discount & savings that he could. There was no high pressure from any one in the dealer ship . I left the dealer ship feeling that I had gotten the best deal possible. I was introduced to my service rep , Jim and I know my car will well taken care of. Our experience at Ewing Buick was very good. Randy was knowledgeable, attentive and very service-oriented. He spent almost 6 hours with us and never once looked at his watch or made us feel that we were knowledgeable, attentive and very service-oriented. We actually had decided on buying a Ford Escape prior to coming over to Ewing Buick, but we really liked the Buick Enclave and we ended up changing our minds.
