He was the first person to call me when I filled out the service form online. And, he helped make sure I was taken care of expediently. Ewing provided a loaner car while servicing mine, which is above an beyond what I was expecting. Thus far, this has been the best dealership experience I've had. Ewing is focused on it's customers. And, they offer cars at competitive prices. If you're looking for a Buick, start here. You probably won't need to go anywhere else. More

They have refused giving me back a deposit after I received a better price. Spoke at length to Andre the sales manager. They did have a car sent from over 100 miles away which was their reasoning for not giving me back a deposit. Amazing the cost was exactly 500 for them to do this . There take on this was they made a deal and they held up to their end of the bargain so come get the car. I called first thing in the AM to stop the car from coming guess these guys don’t have cell phones. Oh I will add one more thing I made it clear to my salesman Kevin that I was from the East coast and lost half my house to the hurricane as well as two cars. I guess after losing 50% of all my family’s belongings Kevin and Andre figure what's another $500 bucks. Thanks Guys your real gentleman. More
