This is my second vehicle purchased at Ewing Buick GMC. His attention to detail and professionalism is highly commendable and I am bringing my father-in-law in to get a LaCrosse as well today. Kevin also made me aware of all the support and services that I would have access to after the purchase. I did not feel I was sold a car and left alone. I was impressed how he went over the features and technology of the car that would have taken me a few weeks to figure out on my own or would have just left unused. I was surprised to find out that I could get a lot more car than I thought for a lot less than I expected. Mike is the superstar but he had a great supporting cast; Larry, Michael, Barry and Steve worked together like a championship football team. I am now one of their biggest fans. Thank you! More

It's funny ever time we walk in Ewing and we are promptly greeting by someone "can I help you?" And we say No we are here to see Suzanne and the say Ohhhhhhh as the put their head down is despair! Suzanne calls all the time to check on you and see how you are doing and to make sure you absolutely love your vehicle as she would say and i always say of course i do because you sold it to me! If you want to be treated with the upmost professionalism go see Suzanne at Ewing! Throughout the years not only is Suzanne our saleswoman but she has become our friend! I questioned some information that Andre Moore had given me during a prearranged purchase of a used car. It was in regard to licenses plates, and what dealers have to do verses individuals. I was meet with a very sharp and defensive response of which Andre Moore basically told me I did not know what I was talking about. The conversation actually got pretty heated for a minute or so in front of Kevin St. Louis's office on the sales floor. (Kevin was great!) I had looked up my question on the TexasDMV.gov web site but Andre refused to even consider my response, and continued in a loud and demeaning voice to berate me. I have never been treated more rudely at a dealership. I am amazed that Andre is employed in a customer relationship type position. I would have left immediately but it would have messed up the new car deal my cousin had set up. We were lied to about that deal as well but that is another whole story. I have already told several friends what happened and will continue to do so. I can assure you I will never step foot into another Ewing dealership. Sherman Burns More
I went to this dealership because they had a car on their lot that I saw on line and liked. When working on the deal with them they offered me more of my car than other dealers had. I was a little shocked, the car I went to look at had been in a accident and showed on carfax and they disclosed that. So I found another car on their lot. After signing the paperwork and the deal is done, I have never been treated so aweful. I had some problems with my purchase from them. The used car dealer told me that the deal is done and it was my problem now. The GM called me and apologized and said that what ever needed to be fixed would be if I would give then the chance to fix this issue. I took my car back up to them and left it there for almost a week. The GM went on vacation when they called me to pick it up. It still wasnt fixen and the manager they left in charge said that I would need to take it to another dealership b/c they couldnt fix it there. I called and left a message for the GM and almost 2 weeks later still havent heard anything back from him. I have bought 12 cars in my short driving... I will never do business with Ewing GMC again. I feel like I have been cheated. So if you want to be treated like your no good after the paperwork is signed and have to fix the problems yourself shop here. But If you want to be treated like you matter go somewhere else. More

And they didn't keep us sitting around all afternoon. When the time comes to purchase another car for our twins in 2 years we will definitely contact Wilson. I sent an email in asking about a few cars on the lot, and within in minutes I received an email, followed by a phone call to follow up. We discussed what I was looking for and a hour or so later I received another email with two available options that met what I was looking for at Ewing Buick in Plano even It's about 12 miles from my house. I met with Mr. Randy Harp the following day. We went for a test drive with Mr. Sean, because Mr. Randy busy on another line, After deal the price thru email, I come back and met Mr Robert Turlington , he provide me to process paper.... and the rest is history. The easiest car buying experience I have had. Mr. Randy and Mr. Robert was very professional and provided great customer service. I would buy another car from them or referent friend to see them in the future. More

When we were trying to select a vehicle, the salesman was very intent on getting us the vehicle that my wife wanted. He could not find her first choice. After we had finished the financial paperwork and had taken the car home, I had some financial questions. I called the dealership, but the answers I got did not satisfy me. I then did some research and got information that did satisfy me. Our overall experience was very good; however, two things bothered me: (1) we were not told when we did the financial dealing that one of the discounts we thought we were getting wasn't available, and (2) we were not told the cost to get the vehicle from another dealership.
