I conducted business with Buick Ewing's body and service shops in the past and I always enjoyed their customer service in both departments. When my Lacrosse was totaled, Mike in the body shop asked service shops in the past and I always enjoyed their customer service in both departments. When my Lacrosse was totaled, Mike in the body shop asked me what car did I have in mind. I knew it was time for me to purchase a SUV but I didn't know which kind that I would be interested in. Mike immediately referred me to Suzanne. Granted, I always loved the personality of red heads, they're so lively and upbeat, but Suzanne was down right Awesome! She made my experience I pure delight :) I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave fully loaded without tv screens, just as I wanted. The dealership had the color that I wanted, heated seats, double sun roofs and the third row that was highly needed. My purchase was made in 2012 and it's currently 2014 and I'm posting this review. That's how wonderful Suzanne was. I still thank God for this purchase, for my 'Body' Guard Mike in the body shop, for Suzanne for her love and expertise and for Lawrence for fully explaining everything to me! I'm in Love with Ewing Buick GMC! I've never had anything less than exceptional from here :) More
The best car buying experience ever. From the friendliness and helpful guidance of the Sales Professional, through negotiating a trade and purchase with the Sales Manager, to having the vehicle s friendliness and helpful guidance of the Sales Professional, through negotiating a trade and purchase with the Sales Manager, to having the vehicle serviced to my out the door expectations, on to working with the Finance Department I never once felt pressured to buy or to lower my expectations. The follow up of the Sales Professional Wayne Holten after the sale has been an added bonus. His guidance through technology challenges has been greatly appreciated. When I went to Ewing Buick and met with Suzanne Koerwer to sign the papers and look at the car it changed my past negative opinion of all dealerships. Suzanne, Larry, Mike and (I don't remember his name at signature time) had paper work and car ready to go without any hassle or delay. No talking down to us or haggling about price. They were quick, honest and very concerned with our right purchase. The most efficient and pleasant experience I ever had in dealing with a car purchase. Tillie Battaglia Ditto for me. The only knock on the preowned section was that it seemed like things were breaking down (bathroom door would not knock, computer would not turn on, etc)--but I would recommend this any day over other places. My car was totaled on the freeway just before Christmas 2013 with me and my 2 children in the car. I had no money, not great credit, no trade in and I faced possibly being upside down on my current car loa 2013 with me and my 2 children in the car. I had no money, not great credit, no trade in and I faced possibly being upside down on my current car loan. I was referred to Wilson by my insurance agent. When he gave me Wilson's name and number he assured me "Wilson would get me taken care of". I called Wilson and I expected a hassle, hard time or even a hint of discouragement from such a NICE dealership. I thought no one would work with me except the "tote-the-note car lots". Wilson worked with me while I was at work and found a couple of cars he thought I would be interested in. In the end I chose the one he assured me he would sell to his own sister. I was in a terrible loan with an interest rate at almost 19% when my accident happened. At the time I was also an uneducated consumer. By the time I left Wilson and Joe in Finance I felt very educated. They explained the car buying process to me in great detail, answered ALL of my questions, and even explained how and when to refinance for a lower rate than they had already given me and in the (very) near future. I test drove and LOVED a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. It is well equipped and has nice mileage for a good price. I was being charged in total over $24,000 for a 2006 Chevy Malibu with a lot less options and had 92,000 miles on it when I took ownership!! Talk about a lesson learned! I am grateful for my insurance guy sending me to "ooooo MR. WILLLLLLLSON"!! I did not forget to finish telling you the details about my AWESOME DEAL at Ewing with Wilson, but if I told you everything........well you know the saying. :) Happy Holidays More

We would highly recommend Ewing for your car/truck purchase, we love it so much this is our 5th purchase with Ewing and will always go to them first. On a side note, Ewing's service department is awesome and Jim has always gone out of his way to make sure we were taken care of anytime we had to visit the Service department.
