Best car experience ever! I live in Memphis and was having all kinds of trouble finding the SUV that I want for a reasonable price. I found a Honda Pilot that was perfect at Ewing Buick. I exchanged emails with Wayne Holten and we agreed on a price. I flew in to Dallas the next day, Wayne picked me up, I drove the car, finished the paperwork and was out the door in about an hour from when I landed. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. I could not have wished for a better buying experience. Thank you! More

Best Car Experience Yet This was by far the best car experience I have had to date. I went in with my trade in and already knew what vehicle I wanted before I got there. The This was by far the best car experience I have had to date. I went in with my trade in and already knew what vehicle I wanted before I got there. The used car salesman, Wayne Holten, came out to assist me and immediately got the vehicle I wanted so I could take it for a test drive. Once I had decided that this was the car I wanted, we went inside to get everything started. They appraised my trade in and had an estimate for what it was worth within 20 minutes. They also already had several options for me as far as payments went for my new vehicle. It was painless and very easy. Once we had agreed on one of the options, they walked me next door to take care of the paperwork. Once they had called us back, we were done with the paperwork in about 30 minutes. I could estimate that I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half to two hours. How would I describe your dealership: The best customer service I have received when purchasing a vehicle and the fastest and most efficient service a person could ask for. More

Randy told us he had some great deals on fully loaded Enclaves if we could purchase sooner. We went to the dealership that afternoon & took a test drive in a fully loaded Enclave. We received a great trade-in price, bottom line new vehicle price, & had an exceptional sales experience with Randy. No haggle, fair price & great experience! This was our 2nd purchase from Randy & we have recommended him to our friends. Asked Randy not to retire in the next 5 years so we could purchase one more Enclave from him. 2nd month in the new Buick & enjoy it more every day! More
My new truck Everything was going well until I closed the deal. A day after that I was told by my sales person that they needed more money. When I called to speak with the general manager of the dealership I was basically called a liar and a cheat. The papers had already been signed and my check for my down payment had been cashed. I have the truck now. I will not every deal with these people again and if I can help it neither will anyone I know. More
Excellent Service for Warranty Repair I had an issue with my transmission cable on my Pontiac G6 which I felt was related to the 2012 recall work that was done. Brad Ancker, my Service Adv I had an issue with my transmission cable on my Pontiac G6 which I felt was related to the 2012 recall work that was done. Brad Ancker, my Service Advisor, assisted me in working with General Motors in getting the repair done under warranty. Brad was very helpful, honest and was looking out for my best interest as he has done for the past 6 years. I appreciate his determination to provide excellent customer service. He consulted with his boss, his lead technician and reviewed the work needed himself because he knew I wasn't happy with the repairs needed and cost. He also provided me direction in contacting General Motors in the event I wasn't satisfied with his repair quote. Which I wasn't and so I called GM. GM, Ron and Brad worked together in getting the repair done under warranty. It really made my day!!!! I am now even more likely to buy from Ewing Buick and GM in the future due to the excellent customer service. Thank you, Brad, for always looking out for what is best for your customers. More
Good Place To Get A Good Deal I found my Cadillac CTS Coupe on line at Auto Trader. I made a couple of phone calls, Wilson was very easy to deal with and made this purchase a bree I found my Cadillac CTS Coupe on line at Auto Trader. I made a couple of phone calls, Wilson was very easy to deal with and made this purchase a breeze. We spoke on Saturday and he held the car for me until I could come down from Okla. City on Monday. In less than a hour, with Brian's help the deed was done. This is the 3rd time I have shopped from OKC and came to the Dallas metro to buy a pre-owned vehicle. This market is bigger, more selection and better prices. I will look at Ewing first on the occasion of my next pre-owned vehicle purchase. Thanks guys, I am very happy with my purchase. steve More

Suzanne Newman responded within 15-minutes (before their posted hours of operation). After two or three exchanges in an hour, I had set an appointment to see the vehicle. Suzanne was great, answering all our questions and ensuring we absolutely understood what we were getting and that all our questions were answered. My wife and I love the car. Brian Etzel got us the deal we needed with no pressure. Without trying to take us down a ridiculously unnecessary path, they laid out our options and let us choose our route. We've bought 7 vehicles from 7 dealers in our 18-years of marriage, and this was far-and-away the best experience. The next time we car-shop, Ewing will DEFINITELY get first shot at our business.
