Great experience with Oscar & Ewing GMC for used 4runner. I've purchased a new GMC SUV here previously, but didn't think about a used car here. I found a well priced 4runner online here so called & spoke with Oscar Mora. 30 minutes later and I was testing driving the car. Oscar was fantastic. He was patient and knowledgeable about the car and the process. He explained Ewing's process of used cars and their inspection process before putting a car for sale. Oscar was not pushy and didn't apply any cheesy sales tactics. The "negotiation" was a few questions and comments and took less than 10 minutes. I met the sales manager and was very comfortable in the buying process. Even finance was a breeze. As most people know, the finance side can be pressure with unnecessary add ons. Finance department was also great. Fazon? walked me through some warranty options that were well priced. The closing was quick and easy. I went there to test drive a car for my first visit and ended up buying a car during my lunch hour. More

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. This makes me want to purchase all my new cars from COSTCO! The amount of personal contact, communication and response was nearly zer a dealership. This makes me want to purchase all my new cars from COSTCO! All documents are pushed through some xxxxxxxx document service, which increased the difficulty of finishing any of the propose signatures. This is NO means of direct contact with anyone in the dealership. If I had to do over again, it would never be with the Ewing Buick GMC idiots. How in the xxxx do you stay afloat? More
