Love My LaCrosse! Having an idea of what I wanted, I looked online and this 2016 Lacrosse caught my attention among a few others. I called and spoke to Wilson Pickens Having an idea of what I wanted, I looked online and this 2016 Lacrosse caught my attention among a few others. I called and spoke to Wilson Pickens who answered a few questions I had. He offered to send me the list of option so that I would have the correct information. I called a couple of other dealerships with the same questions on similar vehicles. Though I was promised information would be sent via email, I never received them. I texted Wilson that I would come by at 1:00 and immediately he sent me additional information with a link to address. After arriving and taking the auto for a short test drive, I started the process to purchase. Wilson with his soft spoken and great manners, his big laugh, made the process easy and stress free and I highly recommend him. I never felt pressured.
