When we moved to Texas a few months ago, my husband was in need of a new vehicle and he had been wanting a GMC Terrain for years. We weren't looking forward to the search at all, but Ewing completely surprised us. Gary was our salesperson, and he was genuinely friendly (not in the fake salesperson kind of way), very knowledgeable, and made the experience fun for once. Everyone we met that day was the exact same way. They didn't try to push added things we didn't need. They came back with the price we were wanting. And in the end, we actually walked away feeling happy and excited about our new vehicle. It was such a great experience that I will probably be going back to trade in my Ford Escape I got a couple of years ago for a GMC or Buick just for the experience. Thank you so much to the whole team! You all were great and we definitely recommend you all to anyone and everyone! More

I was a loyal Ford Truck owner since 1996, but after dealing with Ewing I am a converted GMC guy. My wife and I have dealt with Gary Parr with 3 purchases and every time is an incredible experience. No pressure, fair and honest. I view Gary as a consultant more than a Sales Professional. He cares about what matters to us and understands our needs and addresses them. Gary makes the car buying experience beyond enjoyable. Because of Gary Parr and the Service Department that takes care of my wife's vehicle I switched to a GMC Truck. At Ford, you were a number and a profit for the dealership, at Ewing you are valued as a customer that spends your hard earned money with their business and they appreciate it. Best car buying experience ever I had planned on buying another Honda CR V but had never been fond with working with the sales people at the Honda dealerships. So before I made up m I had planned on buying another Honda CR V but had never been fond with working with the sales people at the Honda dealerships. So before I made up my mind, I stopped in Ewing Buick in Plano. I was introduced to Brad Cunningham and asked him if Buick had a similar vehicle to the CR V and he told me about the Encore. He showed me one, told me about all the features,etc. The next day I returned with a friend to get her impressions and met with Randy Harp. Randy was equally as pleasant and helpful as Brad. In fact, I left driving the Buick Encore. I had it for a week before returning, paying for it, having it detailed and spending time with Brad going over everything on the car and getting all my questions answer. No pressure, clean inviting dealership and all the people I met were accommodating, friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the whole experience. I was even introduced to the Service person I should contact when in need of service. In closing, I must mention the atmosphere of the dealership. Calm, organized and peaceful are some words I would use. Thanks to all but especially Brad & Randy. More
