Randy Was Great To Work With I visited several dealerships looking for a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. I determined I would have to order from the factory to get what I wanted, and price I visited several dealerships looking for a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. I determined I would have to order from the factory to get what I wanted, and priced a couple dealerships based on that need. I had done all my research ahead of time to know exactly what it would cost for the options I wanted. I pretty much knew what to expect based on videos I had watched. When I went to Ewing, (it was an internet appointment), I met with Randy, and most of my preparations for dealing with a salesman were not needed at all. Randy answered all my questions, and we went for a drive in a vehicle he had. He let me go wherever I wanted, and when we came back, he looked up a similar truck and we talked about invoice pricing. A couple days later, I decided to buy from Ewing because of the time Randy spent with me, and I felt he was giving me an honest representation of what I wanted to buy. I also had a lot of questions about the TTL, and he was able to get the answers for me. I ordered the truck, and he has kept me up to date on it's progress. He gathered all the information needed for the finance department, and had everything ready when I went to sign the papers. After the truck was built, I signed a little early to take advantage of additional rebates being offered before the end of February, and Randy had all the authorizations ready for the finance guy. Now the truck is in the holding lot in Mesquite, and Randy is taking steps to go pick it up from there for me instead of wait for a transport to deliver it. I strongly recommend working with Randy, and would not hesitate sending my friends to see him about buying a car. Thanks Randy, for a great experience! Kerry Munson More

Body Shop I was involved in an auto accident and had my vehicle towed to the Body Shop at this dealership. I called later that afternoon and left a voicemail f I was involved in an auto accident and had my vehicle towed to the Body Shop at this dealership. I called later that afternoon and left a voicemail for the individual who was supposedly assigned to my vehicle. I waited over 24 hours, without any response, at which time I called and had to leave a 2nd voicemail. 24 hours after the 2nd voicemail, I was notified by my insurance company the vehicle would be totaled. The insurance company asked me if I had been in contact with the dealership. I replied that, I have tried without any success. The insurance company actually called the Body Shop on my behalf and informed them that I would be by there the next day to pick up all of my personal belongings from the vehicle. Although, the person located at the front desk of the Body Shop was polite and helpful, I NEVER received a call or any other form of contact from the Body Shop. I wonder if this is how the Body Shop is ran, why would I want to try and buy a vehicle from them? More

Excellent and timely repairs I took my SUV in for a repair to the right front end. They did an excellent job, and also did it quickly.
