Easy to work with, not pushy I live near Lubbock, about 5 hours away from Plano. I had been looking at Suburbans for a couple of months. I finally found one I was very interested in at Ewing Buick GMC. I made the call, and Oscar answered. He answered all the questions I had, and worked with me to find a time I could go look at it. I was going to be in the area that Friday, of course it was Oscar's day off but he still offered to come in and meet me. Not once did he try to convince me to go on another day. (which would have been more convenient for him.) When I met him, he answered all questions I had and worked very well with me. My picky self crawled under, over, and all in between that Suburban and he showed kindness and professionalism the whole time. His boss was also very friendly and helped us all come to an agreement. The other salesmen spoke to me and were also very friendly. Not once did I feel pressured to do anything. The Finance Officer gave me my options, as far as what add ons were available, but did not try to sale anything. (I ultimately did get an extended warranty but was not pushed into it.) My only complaint is how long the process was. Up to the point of signing the paperwork was all me... but once an agreement was made, what I thought would take 1 hour, took 3. I had expected to leave town earlier, but it happens. Unfortunately for me, several people were buying cars and they were covered up. I guess that is also a sign of how great these guys are! I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. More
