I visited your location with the intent to purchase a fully loaded truck. Your staff assured me that the exact configuration I wanted was available, which I later learned was not the case. Despite this, I chose to move forward and placed an order for a custom-built truck, completing all required paperwork and providing a deposit. I was informed the vehicle would arrive within three to four months. After waiting several months and repeatedly following up, I was shocked to learn that the truck I ordered — the exact build I selected and paid extra to have produced — had been accidentally sold by your dealership. This was devastating, as the vehicle represented a significant financial investment and held personal importance to me. Based on my understanding, including information from family members employed by GM, once a vehicle is ordered and assigned to a customer, it should be clearly tagged as sold to prevent precisely this type of situation. It appears this process was not followed, raising serious concerns about how my order was handled and whether profit was prioritized over integrity. This incident reflects a troubling lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for your customers. I expect a prompt and thorough explanation of how this occurred, as well as what corrective actions your dealership intends to take to address this situation and prevent it from happening to others.
