Several years ago we had purchased a Ford Taurus that Marty had helped us select at another dealership. Knowing that Marty always listens to what our expectations and needs are for our vehicle purchases we followed Marty to Ewald's. Whether you are purchasing a Ford or another brand off their lot such as our Toyota Avalon, Marty goes the extra mile to show you the features of the car. If the car he is showing you doesn't offer what you want, he will help select a vehicle that does. He is always up on any promotions Ewald's is offering such as the Ewald's Auto Advantage Program in which we have taken advantage of. If Marty reads this review, I would like to say thank you for providing top notch customer service in a field that doesn't always have the best reputation for customer service. Great experience I was thrown into car shopping after my car was totaled when someone ran a red light. I wasn't prepared to buy a car, meaning I hadn't done research, I was thrown into car shopping after my car was totaled when someone ran a red light. I wasn't prepared to buy a car, meaning I hadn't done research, had no idea what I wanted or where to go to buy one. I was referred to Marty McGee by a friend, so I went on Ewald's website to see what they had for pre-owned cars. I saw one I was interested in and called Marty for information. Marty went out of his way to take that car home for the night so he could stop at my house and show me the car and let me test drive it. He also went with my husband on a separate occasion for a test drive. He never once tried to sell me something I didn't want (which happened at another dealer). After looking around at some other dealers we came back to Ewald and worked with Marty on the purchase of a Ford Fusion. Marty is professional, personable and a salesman I will buy from again.
