This this is one of the worst dealerships I have ever heard of, especially their service department which apparently is known for misleading overcharging, lying and completely disregarding customers comp heard of, especially their service department which apparently is known for misleading overcharging, lying and completely disregarding customers complaints and needs. We are about to go to channel 6 on your program to report. My son's car has been there for going on 5 weeks for the small thing of getting motor mounts replaced which should have been on the dealership because they just replaced this engine a year and a half ago and two mechanics said that it was in staller issue' just a horrible place to deal with. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is horrific. Every time we make an appointment and even confirmed the service - they fail to deliver. Either they do not have the appointment in their system, or they continually reschedule. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is close by and FAR better. More
