I have had the experience of sitting at the dealer for literally hours, just wanting to complete the transaction so I can go home. Michael found the exact model that we were looking for in his inventory, and offered a competitive price over the phone, he emailed a copy of the credit application to me, which I completed and scanned back to Michael. When we went to Ewald, it took a couple hours to complete everything. We quickly came to agreement on the value of our trade in, and Ewald checked our financing with a couple lenders to ensure we were getting the most advantageous deal available. The Jeep I was purchasing was pulled out, cleaned, and ready to go when I got there. I feel we were treated fairly, honestly, without BS, and with respect for our time. More
