Salesman was 1st rate and everything went well until the Used Car Manager entered the negotiation and reneged on the online warranty saying,"that does Salesman was 1st rate and everything went well until the Used Car Manager entered the negotiation and reneged on the online warranty saying,"that doesn't apply to this vehicle". He became VERY argumentative with a persistent mocking, snotty, condescending smile. Even the F&I guy apologized for the manager's behavior after he left the room. As I eventually bought the SUV after having it checked out by my mechanic, I guess you could say that he did his job but; I expected more from a dealership that makes much of its Masonic affiliation. DO NOT RECOMMEND! More
