It started with him showing us the vehicle in the comfort of the service bay and we could really look things over. Both inside and out! Then went for a test drive and was quite happy with the van, its handling and overall look and features. We got back to the dealership and the negotiations were straight forward. I think we walked in mid-afternoon and 2 employees stayed to make sure the deal went through. I drove home to eat dinner with my family in my "new" van!
