Josh was very friendly and worked hard to have my car done in a reasonable amount of time. The car had an oil change and tire rotation and was done in less than an hour. Scheduled an appointment for recall repair. We drove an hour to get there and there were no parts. I expressed my displeasure about getting text reminders upto the time of the scheduled appoint We drove an hour to get there and there were no parts. I expressed my displeasure about getting text reminders upto the time of the scheduled appointment. But there were no calls or texts telling me the parts weren't in. When I expressed my opinion about it I was told to just unsubscribe. No apologies or anything just well them opt out. If he's the service manager then you would think someone would make sure the parts were there before the appointment or at least notify us before we drove there. More
