My father and I searched many de After having a very bad experience with Van Horn Ford in Oconomowoc, it was very hard for me to trust another dealer. My father and I searched many dealerships and locations for the perfect car and the perfect price unfortunately I didn't really want to drive far away. I originally went to Hay to look at a used Fusion, but decided is was in my better interest to get new, which they don't carry. Jay offered to bring a car from a dealer that was that for me to test drive closer to home. I of course fell in love with it, and he made it happen so I didn't even have to travel to get my paperwork done. So he did all the footwork so that I could get the car and color that I wanted. I'm very happy with my experience. It was a very hard decision for me to make spending that kind of money but in the end I know I got the best deal with him. So I would like to thank him for all his time and effort to get me this car (even though it was a Ford and not Chevy/Buick, which is his dealership, just a different Ewald) couldn't sway this girl.
