Bought my truck a year ago from ewald, just had it in for the 30k mile service. Went over everything that was done and replaced in a timely matter. I called and explained what the problem in my truck, which is under warranty, was. I also explained that I needed a loaner car for when it was getting fixed. When my wife brought my truck in, there was no loaner car, so she wasted hours of her time sitting at the dealership. They then said the computer said there was no problem, and left it at that, instead of doing what I told them caused the problem, which happened whenever the truck was put in the cold. As soon as my wife drove away in the truck, and went into the cold, the problem happened right away, which was entirely predictable. There was clearly no effort put into the hours of service, they just scanned the cars computer, ignoring the fact that this was clearly a computer/sensor issue to begin with. Now my wife needs to waste more time bringing it back again. More
