I spent over 2 months looking for the right vehicle and I had been to over 12 dealers even traveling to Chicage to test drive vehicles. I was greeted over the phone by Mike in finance and instead of being passed off to a voicemail he took charge and sought out the information that I was lookig for. Not only did he provide me with information,but he went as far as calling me back because they had just brought in another Enclave that was even a better buy. He warm transfered my information to Peter and the follow through was great. I drove my vehicle that night and came back the next day to pick up my vehicle. Peter had my car waiting with a large red bow on top and not once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle from him. He stayed late to answer all of my questions and displayed genuine concern that I was sure about my choice. The gentelman that handeled my financing paper work (Charlie) was great.
