I went to Ewalds for service on my Tahoe. Purchased somewhere else. I saw the great Avalanche. Met sales person Nick. He was great, but when I told him the areat I was looking for reference cost and somewhere else. I saw the great Avalanche. Met sales person Nick. Thank you, bye, and not even a sit down and try to work it out. Again not the sales man, but the dealer. This is the 4th time in 17 years I tried Ewalds and they would not budge. In the last 17 years I have owned 3 tahoes and now an Avalanche. Knowing the area I felt that I could not afford to shop there. this is not only my opinion, but others in my income bracket. I went to a Milwakee dealer, they worked with me, gave me much more for my trade in, and I got a vehicle at the same year I was looking at Ewalds, but 20,000 miles less. I am moving all my maintenance business (which ewald has been doing for the last 7 years) from Ewalds to another dealer. I did not even feel welcome from the guys who make the final decison there. Sorry, But my wife and I will take our GM products and purchasing elsewhere. MFM More
Exceptional Service, Prompt, Knowlegable, and Quick. I have owned 5 Corvettes since 1975. It is always an uneasy feeling taking your vette to a dealer hoping they will respect it the way I have. But after going to Ewalds in Oconomowoc and seeing the expertise they have and how they treat the vehicle I have found a New Home for my service. I had a Security/Theft Computer problem with my 2000 C5 which was causing my steering wheel to not unlock when I started the car. They diagnosed the problem and found out that the Recall back in 2004 was not done. GM said that these had to be completed by 2006 or they would not cover it anymore. Well Bret Ewald got together with his Service Directer Chuck Akers and they looked into it and took care of this for me.. Jon Harder, the Service Advisor, rushed my car in, ordered the New Parts, had them shipped overnight so I could get my vette back asap! I would highly recommend Ewalds Chevrolet to anyone who needs the best in customer service and friendlyness. Kudos to you guys, you earned it! More
I was totally impressed with Ken Hirn and his knowledge, patience, time, effort, and follow-up on my new truck purchase. Jessica was also fun to work with. There were a few issues after Ken handed the next steps. That is why there were not high ratings. I signed the new purchase papers on my truck July 2nd. I did NOT get my truck back until 7-20-12. There was a delay in ordering/getting my accessories. Also, I ordered a bug/hood deflector, and the front of the hood that is protected was NOT washed before installation of the protector. The accessories I ordered was also wrong. My parts/accessories list was copied and handed off. The parts/accessories list that I got confirmation on was NOT the same as I ordered! The installation costs on two items was higher, the spray-on bedliner order was wrong (they were going to coat underneath the truck, and I believe they also were going to order a set of floor mats that were expensive and there were already mats in the truck. If the process would have all been handled by Ken Hirn, I am sure the entire process would have been perfect. It is NOT Ken's fault, he did his job great!! More
I purchased a 2007 Chevy Impala two weeks ago. I love my car. Everyone from Andy, Jessica, Bret, Nick, and Chuck did every thing to make my buying my car a great experience to resolving little things that h car. We chose to work with this dealership because of past experiences with our truck, which we bought new in 03. They stood behind their product even though it was just past warranty. I have worked with both Jon and Mike in service, and have been happy they can find and fix issues that arise. Ken and the staff worked hard and late to find the car we wanted, which was difficult because we couldn't decide on color and options. After we finally decided, the car was delivered the next day. Ken was most entertaining and made our visits fun and enjoyable. More
I cant pinpoint my experience on one particular person. The person who was my sales Rep called only 3 times in the week I was waiting. I was constantly calling to see what was going on with my app and I never I mean never got a phone call returned and by that I mean a certain person would say you will hear from me in the morning. morning would pass by and I would have to call. This is the worst customer service ive ever received from anyone. Ive spoke to both managers on seperate days and neither had any idea what was going on and one got angry with me because he didn't believe what his sales people were doing. After speaking with both managers guess what happens the very next day you got more missed phone call. I done recoomend this dealer to anyone and I will not recommend it to my friends and family. My credit isn't perfect but I still would like to be treated with respect and get a phone call at least once a day is that asking to much. More

The Team I met at Ewalds worked very hard to find a vehicle that I liked and that I could afford. Nick C. even went out of his way to bring another vehicle in from a different Ewald dealership. When I left the lot with my new used car I noticed a small crack forming in the windshield, I turned around and Nick P. arranged to have it fixed the next day at no expense to me. More
