A pleasant buying experience I found myself deciding between a large repair bill on an old truck or buying new. Ewald was recommended to me by a fleet customer. No games, competent staff, and good inventory led me to purchase. I called to make an appointment with a sales consultant. Based on a short phone conversation when making that appointment, the in-stock options that met my needs were pulled up to the building and waiting for me when I arrived. Nick introduced himself and, as we looked at trucks, proved himself to be knowledgeable, personable, and genuine. A test drive was readily offered once we landed on the right truck. When I brought my old truck in for a service estimate, I was expecting to fix it, not trade it in on a new one. That meant I had kids car seats, receiver hitches, and 10 years worth of maps, chains, and tools in it. Nick happily helped me transfer everything over. Charlie Ericson handled the paper work and was personable, knowledgeable, and organized. One final note, everyone, including sales consultants not with customers, seemed to be smiling and happy to be there. That is not the case with other dealerships I've been to. More
