Disappointed in the customer service for this reason. Upon checking in, I signed a form that quoted me $75 for an oil change. I didn’t need the tire rotation included in that service. The car wash is a nice perk when having service at Ewalds, but front end still had dead bugs. Car didn’t look clean. You asked for my feedback, so I shared my experience. More
