Chatted with Jay Johnson about the new Silverado's and to my surprise, they had the EXACT truck we were interested in (had the Double cab which is too small for 2 children's car seats in the back), looking to upgrade to Quad Cab and for the price we could afford. Went in to initially check out a certain brand of trucks, but based on what I was looking for, I w Had a great experience with Jay Johnson and Ewald! Went in to initially check out a certain brand of trucks, but based on what I was looking for, I was encouraged to check out some of the Silverados. I may not have went this direction on my own, but thanks to Jay, we found the truck that I absolutely fell in love with. Went back the next day to purchase, on Jay's day off, but he came back in to seal the deal and make sure the process went smoothly. I wouldn't advocate doing this to a sales rep (everyone needs time away), but the fact that he came in on his off day to make sure I wouldn't lose the truck to someone else, meant the world to me. I had recently gotten into an accident and was forced to find a new car, I was given a rental and 3 days to find a vehicle so I was on a time crunch. I loved my previous car and wanted nothing but to replace it with another to the T. Same color, same features, EVERYTHING! It took some searching but I found it, so when I came in and test drove it I immediately fell in love with it again. There were so many obstacles and issues that arose during the whole process but they did everything and anything to ensure that I left in the vehicle that I had traveled all the way for. I am beyond speechless with the customer service and dedication that I had received and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Ewald will truly have me for life! More
