Mike was terrible. I kept trying to tell him what I wanted and he kept singing. I clearly stated I needed a serpentine belt, water pump replacement, tire rotation, I kept trying to tell him what I wanted and he kept singing. I clearly stated I needed a serpentine belt, water pump replacement, tire rotation, a/c repair and oil change among other things and he, TWICE, said well don’t worry yourself about that I’ll be confirming this with your husband. More than once I said it was my car and I know what routine maintenance needs to be done. Nope. I’m calling your husband. Apparently women don’t know anything about their cars. Then since I was dropping it off while we were going to be on vacation I asked about the sign behind him that said “$25/day storage for over 5 days”. I said I have to have a call because if it was done early I’d have to have my son come pick it up. “That’s not for you ‘kind’ of people”. Then we get a call a week later from a maintenance guy. Asked if I still wanted the serpentine belt done. Only if it needs it I said. And when I picked up the car you charged me $49 for the service add on. I ASKED for it when I dropped off the car! But since you have a counter person that is more comfortable singing instead of listening and your maintenance guy asks and I confirmed, it’s an add on? Service was closed when I picked up the car so I could not dispute. I asked if I could pay all but the $49 I was disputing. Your African American receptionist, after making me wait so she could finish watching a video on her phone, said “we can’t do dat”. Dat?? I’m completely disgusted with this operation and will certainly not be coming back. More
