Poor service Poor customer service. Waited 5 minutes before anyone helped me after I arrived. 2 employees noticed me, but never bothered to move from their seats, Poor customer service. When I saw my car was done it was another 15 minutes before anyone came to give me my paperwork and check me out. So I had to go and ask to get my paperwork and pay myself. Then another 5 minutes to find my paperwork and bring it to the front so I could finally pay and leave. More

Good communication from James, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time I noticed a rattle driving the vehicle the next day, after a visual inspection I saw a brand new crack where the front splash shield with a piece missing where the screw attaches it to the body, of course the mechanic made sure not to mention anything. I have contacted my service advisor, I will update this review when contacted . Big waiting room, fresh coffee, cold beverages, WiFi, comfortable chairs. Friendly staff. More

Very friendly staff Came in for electrical problem with running boards. They charged $135 for diagnosis, But were unable to come up with anything definitive, just gave a Came in for electrical problem with running boards. They charged $135 for diagnosis, But were unable to come up with anything definitive, just gave a couple very expensive repair options. They weren’t able to get the parts for the repairs, so I found the parts and will be repairing it myself. He did cut the diagnosis charge in half since it took longer than it should have. In my opinion, if you are unable to provide a diagnosis, the charge should be waived, or there just shouldn’t be a charge in the first place. More
