Very friendly and courteous. Usually great service and mostly was this time. My concern comes in as part of the general checks that are supposed to be done. I forgot to mention that I needed new wiper bl mostly was this time. My concern comes in as part of the general checks that are supposed to be done. I forgot to mention that I needed new wiper blades and apparently they didn’t check or notice the over 4 inch water streak on the windshield even though it was raining outside. So did they even check all the other things on the list? I figured they would notice and ask to replace them. Didn’t happen. For a $500 maintenance service charge and as part of the package I paid for I don’t feel they did a thorough job More

Tina, Eric walker, and James Fox showed poor customer service! when dealing with my issue showed no compassion. upon picking up my truck there was food spilled on my truck floor dirty hand prints in my back seat when they had no reason to be in the back seat at all they were fixing the timing chain. why would there be food spilled on my floor in the back.? With all the inconvenience they gave me my truck back without a car wash dirty and tried giving it back with dirt and food spilled in it. Wish I could upload pictures to show. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone EVER! More
