Been there with my VW CC many times this year. Seem to still have similar issues with engine light coming on. This time I was just low on oil (which they changed last time, and every time). Well before it still have similar issues with engine light coming on. This time I was just low on oil (which they changed last time, and every time). Well before it was due. They did a diagnostic & recommended a part with installation fee. I asked that since I’ve had many diagnostics there, if I add the part would he waive the diagnostic fee? ‘He’ being the service manager. He declined. So I declined the part. I’m an 8 year customer & he couldn’t take care of me. Btw he wore a mask this time but 2 months ago he didn’t. Mark T is good but he was off yesterday. He did give me $35 off of the $130 diagnostic, but all said, I feel I spent an extra $100 for an oil change. These guys just keep doing the minimum that I have more issues down the road. Which keeps me coming back. Nice new facility but at least at the old place across the street they would wash the car. No car wash at the new place. It’s ‘forever’ in the works. Very unhappy with the lack of communication. Car was supposed to be done Saturday afternoon. Dropped off Friday night, scheduled the appointment online, service guy told me “You’re appointment is at noo supposed to be done Saturday afternoon. Dropped off Friday night, scheduled the appointment online, service guy told me “You’re appointment is at noon we close at 1pm that doesn’t leave my guys enough time for 4 tires change mount and balance”, but I’ll put my best hammer guy on it, we’ll have it done for you. I stated then there should not be an option for that on the online scheduling. I stated i was dropping the car off as an option which is why i dropped it off Friday night. Called the dealership around 3pm Asking if my car was done. The lady i talked to stated she didn’t get handed keys so the job isn’t done. Im pretty upset with the communication no call on that the car isnt done, could’ve offered a loaner car for the weekend if they knew they couldnt get it done. Car was done Monday afternoon. More
