I had my car in for service and I needed a ride home and back for my service visit. Mark Terry got me that ride and my car repair was completed earlier than I expected. After I was picked up from home and taken back to the dealer I unknowingly left my eyeglasses in the shuttle car and I didn't notice until I got home with my Tiguan. I called Mark, he found my eyeglasses and sent Nate with my eyeglasses back to my house and gave them to me. Mark Terry went above and beyond for me which was awesome. New dealership in area I thought I would try. That was a huge mistake! They charged me $550 for a sensor.
