Took my Golf Sportswagen in for the 40k service. Dropped off at 10am, called at 4:30 because no one called to say it was done. It wasn't, needed another 1/2 hour. Did not get home without the tire pressure off at 10am, called at 4:30 because no one called to say it was done. It wasn't, needed another 1/2 hour. This dealer has no clue of what car they are even working on or have in there shop. They tell me we have recalls on a car that we haven’t owned for two years.
