The man has been rude the last 3 times I've been here. I lost my 10,000 mile oil change because they told me I didn't have one. Then after I passed it they "found" my 20,000. Whenever I have my car serviced they act as though I inconvenienced them by showing up. This last time it took over 10 minutes to be greeted when we walked in. The same guy passed us 4 times before asking if we had been helped. I said no. Then he was very short with me while checking me in.
