The man has been rude the last 3 times I've been here. I lost my 10,000 mile oil change because they told me I didn't have one. Then after I passed it they "found" my 20,000. Whenever I have my car serviced they act as though I inconvenienced them by showing up. This last time it took over 10 minutes to be greeted when we walked in. The same guy passed us 4 times before asking if we had been helped. I said no. Then he was very short with me while checking me in. Once they finished the car he got super friendly as we were leaving. It was very weird and annoying. More
