Katie was great I had an awesome experience with sales woman Katie. She had even taken my rental car back to enterprise for me which I appreciated greatly. My only is I had an awesome experience with sales woman Katie. She had even taken my rental car back to enterprise for me which I appreciated greatly. My only issue was that the fob was broken completely. When I brought this to the attention of the The finance manager he wasn’t willing to replace the Broken FOB. instead he stated “ if you want to pay you have to play.” Which was a saying thet shouldn’t be provided to customers after a purchase was made. In my opinion this man needs to work on his customer service skills and Katie could give him a few lessons. I didn’t press the issue afterwards as the dealership originally adjusted the asking price for me so it worked out. Word of advice to new customers completely inspect the vehicle including the key before purchasing. More
