Terrible TERRIBLE SHOP!! Bought a Jeep Liberty 2012 from them as is and they sold it to me with no thermostat and no routine maintenance on the vehicle. Fi TERRIBLE SHOP!! Bought a Jeep Liberty 2012 from them as is and they sold it to me with no thermostat and no routine maintenance on the vehicle. First month of having the car is was in and out of the shop on my pocket. The check engine light was on the same week I bought the car “as is” but they promised to fix the problem. I live an hour and a half away and drove the car back and forth to fix the “problem “ their mechanics said nothing was wrong with the car the lights messed up, cleared the code and sent me on my way. It came back on , and I called again and they said the same thing. My own mechanic ran the code and showed me for myself that the spark plugs were bad and when he pulled them out they were completely rusted and black and dark red. The spark plugs broke in off inside and not to mention the list goes on. The dealership promised to take care of me and get me a warranty on my motor. A week of Norval beating around the bush and lying to my face again and again with everyone else in that office , I got screwed out of this car. Now it’s the second month having the car and It has been in the shop for a month needing a new motor and the dealership is at fault for everything and is not willing to help one bit. Not to mention every-time I called to talk to the owners they played stupid day after day acting like they didn’t know who I was. I had to call the shop five times in a row to get ahold of Norval or Sunny , The management team, because they constantly hung up the phone on me. TAKE YOUR OWN MECHANIC WITH YOU before buying a car from them because they do not check the used cars they let walk out the door!! More
