Worst Car Buying Experience I purchased a 2012 SRX on July 28th 2018. I have driven the car a total of 9 days since purchase. A "service rear axle" message was on at the test dr I purchased a 2012 SRX on July 28th 2018. I have driven the car a total of 9 days since purchase. A "service rear axle" message was on at the test drive which Norvel added to my contract that Evolution Cars would make repairs. It is 58 days later and my car is sitting at John Miles Chevrolet waiting on the approval to complete the repair. A new module was put on that was defective from the manufacturer and when I went to pick up the car the service light came back on 5 miles down the road. I was told by Sonny Bhatia to return it to John Miles where they found the module was defective and they replaced it, once a working module was in place it showed the rear clutch needed replacing ( it causes the car to learch forward when you engage the accelerator which is a SERIOUS safety issue. Evolution will not pay for the repair. I paid $14,500 for a vehicle that I cannot drive. I have file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am going to retain an attorney. More
