Honest and genuine, which are rare in the Dealership world. I have my car serviced at this Dealership and have had wonderful experiences with their service department. When it came time to try to get into anoth I have my car serviced at this Dealership and have had wonderful experiences with their service department. When it came time to try to get into another vehicle we came back to check out their service department. There was no car buying drama and although we didn't come to terms Kevin did all he could to get us the terms we wanted. He was honest and communicated with us even after the deal was over. Most dealerships drop you like a hot rock if there isn't a deal to be had. Not only did Kevin get back to me he did so in a way that didn't make me feel any less valued than someone making a purchase. Thank you so much for that Kevin. When it is time for us to buy, we know where to come. It is important to note that we went to two dealerships, one of which was Michaels and only Michaels treated like we mattered to them.
