Excellent Customer Services by Casey on 6/27/15 !!! On Saturday, June 27th my son and I went to Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah and worked with Sales Representative Casey. He was friendly and honest wit On Saturday, June 27th my son and I went to Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah and worked with Sales Representative Casey. He was friendly and honest with a no-pressure sales style. He worked with the family situation and available finances and assisted us with getting our dream car. I left feeling like I had been given an opportunity to work in partnership with Casey and his colleagues and did not leave feeling like I didn't get the car I wanted Or that I am paying outside of my budget. What was the best is that my son's experience was a positive one. I believe this will allow for the next generation in my family to grow with this dealership. It is a rarity when you can develop a long-term customer relationship and we did! Thank you so much Casey and everyone at Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah. More
Used Car Buying Experience I found the car I thought I wanted on-line. Called the dealership and Casey Dunham answered my call. One hour later we were in Issaquah driving the I found the car I thought I wanted on-line. Called the dealership and Casey Dunham answered my call. One hour later we were in Issaquah driving the car of my dreams. The car had not even been dealer-preped yet. We placed a deposit on the car and 5 days later the car had 4 new tires and a bunch of other stuff that the dealer found necessary to ensure that we had a quality new car. Casey and his team went overboard to see that we had the ultimate buying experience. And we certainly did. They even had dog cookies for our dog and encouraged us to bring her inside out of the heat. We will be back to see Casey when we are ready for our new Chevy Volt!!! More

We visited Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah on June 9th 2015 and traded in our vehicle for the GMC Denali Acadia I have wanted for years. In about two hours from test driving, to signing all the papers I was driving home very happy. Ralph was a pleasure to work with, and very friendly. Never did we feel any pressure for making any decisions. He stayed late even until our deal was final. Ralph made everything "right" for us and he is a very honest person. The entire process was smooth and easy. I will definetly go back to work with him in the future. Thank you also for tolerating My 7 and 3 year old while we were there. More
Thanks for our new car My husband and I were in the market for a used but fairly new vehicle to drive for Uber. We had gone to at least five other dealers with a "pre-approv My husband and I were in the market for a used but fairly new vehicle to drive for Uber. We had gone to at least five other dealers with a "pre-approval" only to find that no approval existed and had to start from the beginning, which would take up the majority of our day. Ralph was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and worked hard to find us the perfect car for our needs and within our price range that we would qualify for. Ralph let us know the initial paperwork may take a while and we left for the day. Ralph called and emailed when he found our perfect car. Upon our second visit, working with Ralph and Michael, in just two hours we were approved, trade-in accepted, and driving away in a beautiful 2012 Chevy Cruze. I would definitely recommend this dealership, great coffee, friendly non-pushy employees, and clean bathrooms. Thank you Michael and Ralph!! More

Paul Young our sales person was very helpful and accommodating. We bought our 2006 F-150 before they had a chance to service and detail it. The service advisor called me and asked me what day I'd like to bring it in. We agreed on a Monday. I dropped of the truck and they set me up with a loaner at their cost which was great. I asked when it would be ready I was told Tuesday. I hadn't received a call by late Tuesday afternoon so I called and was told that it would be ready Wednesday. I waited til late Wednesday no call, so I call to find out it will be ready 10am Thursday for sure. So I told the service advisor that I would be there between 12 and 1 to pick it up. I actually showed up at 11:30 to find out that the truck was not ready and their tech had called in sick and no one was working on it. We will have it ready for you tomorrow and deliver it to you. Ok that was a nice gesture. So back to Enterprise to get loaner again. Friday afternoon comes I haven't received a call about my truck so I called to check I was told that it was done we'll call you in about 20-30 minutes to set up delivery time. 2 hours went by no call. So I called again. This was around 3pm. We had a problem we should be done shortly. Around 5 pm I received a call we are done and can have your truck to you around 7:30-8:00 tonight, we weren't going to be home so we set a time of 7am Saturday. We finally received our truck at 8am Saturday. I have two problems with this ordeal, the service we were to receive was front brakes, frontend alignment and detail. I assume they did the brakes and front end alignment, they perform a detail but it was like" this ones sold just run it through the car wash and vacuum visible areas". There is dirt that has been caked on the Tonneau cover for awhile that is still there, I looked under the back seats and the rug was not even vacuumed. The biggest thing is communication from the service advisors. When I showed up on Thursday and the truck was not ready I was just a little upset. All they had to do is call and say our tech is sick and your truck won't be ready, I understand things happen. I love my truck now that I've gotten it back More

I always wondered if they were legit or just people promoting their own business or something else along those lines. You'll probably wonder the same thing. I really did buy a car from them today. :-) I was fed up with working with dealerships and sales people. All those typical games you run into. "Let me go talk to my manager" and what not. It's annoying to say the least. I was expecting the same thing at Michaels. That didn't happen (well once, but after that we moved on to paying for it). I got in and got out paying only $5.68 more than I asked to pay the moment I got back from the test drive (which I took on my own, now sales person, it was kind of weird). I can't believe that! That never happened before and I had started negotiations on a few cars over the last 3 months. The sales person I worked with was Chris O. Negotiations always went the same way, right out of the car sales handbook (should be burned). Chris didn't do it that way and I definitely appreciated it! He was awesome! Same thing, NO BS. No back and forth trying to squeeze every cent out of me. He didn't hold my license or bother me about down payments or a trade in. Once I told him I had no down payment or trade in he didn't ask again. He was honest, helpful and treated me like a person and not a number or dollar signs. OR an idiot. I am a woman. I know cars, I build 4x4s and race cars for fun and I was a mechanic in the military and I am now an industrial mechanic. I can pretty much fix or work on anything. He never treated me like a dumb female out to buy a car but couldn't even find the dip stick under the hood. That was refreshing to say the least. I NEVER EVER thought Id rate a dealership this way. I actually never considered rating one because I figured my experience would be typical or maybe just a step enough above for me to tolerate doing business with one. In this case though, it was just, so much easier. I still can't believe it. I'll add Michael's Chevrolet to the very short list of dealerships (3) I'll deal with, with out hesitation, in the future. There I met Casey Dunham and went for a test drive. I liked the vehicle very much and entered into the process of negotiating a sale price. The team there was very straightforward and helpful with my questions. We had mad a deal within an hour of my arriving. We went back, test drove it and took it home. We never felt pressured and we spent a total of a few hours there and felt like friends. We'd definitely recommend this dealership! More
