This is my first experiance woth rooster bush chevy,GMC,cadillac but it wont be my last. I have never been treated as good at any dealership. Darlene was friendly but not pushy, gave us space to think, answered questions we had, didn't come across as just wanting a sale. The additional perks of purchasing from Rooster Bush (the maintenance program, etc.) are a good selling tool for the dealership although we won't be able to take advantage of it because of the distance we live from the dealership. Called for warranty work on our Cadillac SRX. We are new to the area and purchased to vehicle in TN. We were given an appointment for service the next day and a loaner vehicle was provided under the terms to the area and purchased to vehicle in TN.
