Excellent people to work with! I have dealt with Everett Chevy (Hickory store) before and was not happy with the service, so I was hesitant to do anything with them again. I was referred to a specific person though by my brother and I am glad I took the chance. I told the sales person what I was in the market for (SUV) and the price range I was looking at, and he had several ready for me to look at when I got to the dealership. I ended up buying the first one we looked at (after test driving several of the originally pulled vehicles and one or two others). The sales person (Neil Parsons) and the finance person (Chris) were both awesome to work with. This was one of the easiest buying experiences I have EVER had in regards to a vehicle. More
