I recommend you to all my friends and family! I have to say that once I found your dealership and the car I wanted I didn't have to worry about it being sold. Worse car buying experience ever Worst car buying experience ever. We usually trade every 3 yrs (over the past 25 yrs) Bought a low mileage, almost new vehicle Oct 30th had to have it Worst car buying experience ever. We usually trade every 3 yrs (over the past 25 yrs) Bought a low mileage, almost new vehicle Oct 30th had to have it service the next day. On Dec 12th after the 4th servicing of different things we ask to trade out of this car. They agreed but wanted us to pay additional 4k. They said the car was no longer worth what we paid for it..? Depreciation... Then we were offered a high mileage, older model vehicle which was ridiculous considering that's the reason for the new purchase in the first place. All we ever ask was to make a bad deal good and to be treated fairly. The car is still in need of repair today which the dealership is aware of but has never offered to fix. Have talked to salesman, sales manager and customer care manager. Sales manager said he would trade dollar for dollar, which was not the truth. Customer care manager said to let her work on it and she would get back to us, never heard back from her. Bottom line is once you sign the dotted line you are on your on. Don't make the same costly mistake I did. More
