I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia. Conrad Smith was the salesman who helped me. This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from EVERETT and I would recommend this dealership. I also recommend Conrad as a professional, knowledgeable and helpful salesman. More

So, the kit was ordered and installed. More
A Service Department Manager Who Could Care Less HORRIBLE experience! , buyer beware, if you want a good relationship in which the dealer takes care of your concerns and is helpful in solving your pr HORRIBLE experience! , buyer beware, if you want a good relationship in which the dealer takes care of your concerns and is helpful in solving your problem, this is not the place. I just spent 45 minutes with the service manager there and he was more concerned with trying to test my story and prove my service concerns wrong, rather than going outside to even look at the our Impala. We have a lot of water showing up under the glove box, in the floor board, passenger side. The service manager said he has not once heard of leaking and water accumulating in such a manner. When I told him of the 12 and more pages online, stating the Chevy Impala has had problems like this before, with many people online trying to figure it out, his exact words were " you can make anything up on the internet." Not exactly what I had expected to hear from a dealership service manager. Our family is the original owner of the 2003 Impala with only 84,000 miles on it and well taken care of. He felt that a car this old regardless of very low miles could have a bad leaking issue, and it wasn't a manufacture issue,,,,, interesting we have had other cars over the years with over 200,000 miles and never any issues, so is he saying maybe only an American made Impalas are prone to issues like major leaking after such few miles??? My biggest complaint with this company, Everett Chevrolet is that they advertise how great they are and are service friendly; yet, after the sale they obviously forgot about their ads on TV and could care less about looking at their customer's concerns. The service manager offered a $25 coupon off the possible solving of the problem, but with an estimate just to look at the car at $200, we figured after repairs, we could be in for an unpleasant surprise. So much for buying a car from a dealership and expecting good service after spending over $20,000 on a car. Don't get me wrong, they were not rude, they basically were just not interested in helping us in the leaky situation, so I recommend buying your Chevy somewhere else, or you may be disappointed with the service after the sale, and the not so compassionate service manager. Through the entire process the service manager never once even went outside to look at the car. We drove down to Clark tire where we always do business and told them about the leak and they immediately said "no worries, we'll take a look." He immediately went outside and looked at the window and lifted the hood, ran a hose pipe over the area and saw where the leak was coming from (10 minutes of work) and said " it looks like a cowl seal issue," - but my point is, Clark Tire treated me like the loyal customer I am. We have always bought all of our tires from there and will continue to do so, Everett did not meet our expectations of providing quality service or helping to even aid in resolving our issue, so we will never shop there again, nor ever purchase a car there. I guess this is a $22,000 dollar lesson, buy from someone who understands customer service and a company who doesn't conduct their service manager meetings at 10:15 in the morning, while customers are waiting to speak with them. Waiting and then not being satisfied with the results. Buyers beware! More

My recent experience with the Service center was nothing but exceptional. Both Neil Parsons and Jonathan are true professionals. I recently had some issues with oil leaking from my 2012 Yukon Denali that i purchased from Neil over a year ago. When i noticed the oil on the garage floor i called Neil and he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Not only did he take care of it, but he made sure that the problem was corrected. Jonathan took great care of us at the service center and explained what the problem was and that it would be taken care of right away. They fixed it and had us out the door in minimal time. Interesting enough, we had another problem and Neil and Jonathan were once again there to handle all issues. We were extremely well taken care of and it was all because of those two gentleman. If you are looking for a new or used car, Neil is the man to speak with. Honesty, Integrity and he will get you what you need. No doubt about that. When it comes to service, Jonathan will take care of it. He treats you with respect and goes the extra mile. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP GUYS!!! More
After three 80-90 mile round trips and 15+ hours of wasted time I finally have a properly installed Rhino Liner, leaving me with mixed feelings about Everett Chevy. A couple months after having the Rh wasted time I finally have a properly installed Rhino Liner, leaving me with mixed feelings about Everett Chevy. A couple months after having the Rhino Liner applied, I started having places in the bed flaking up where the liner was very thin. Also a good portion of the Rhino on the tailgate was coming loose and starting to peel up. On my second trip, they resprayed the entire bed and tailgate, fixing the thickness issues but creating a new set up problems. The tailgate no longer shut and the Rhino was still peeling off the tailgate. On my third trip back to fix the tailgate, Jeff Lail, the collision center manager, was by no means pleasant or the least bit apologetic about the issues I was experiencing. I dropped the tailgate off at 10am and stopped back at 1pm to see if it was done yet. Jeff then told me it wouldn't be done until 5pm. He knew that I was waiting on the tailgate and never bothered to mention it wouldn't be done until the end of the day when I dropped it off. After a slightly tense discussion and getting Mr. Everett involved, Jeff agreed to deliver the tailgate to my house once it was completed. Other than Jeff Lail, the rest of the employees that I dealt with at Everett Chevy were very friendly and seemed to care about the customer. I spent a good deal of time sitting in the service center waiting area and the ladies checked in every 20 minutes or so to see if anybody needed anything. I definitely won't be returning to the Everett Collision Center with any of my vehicles due to the very poor experience I had with Jeff and getting my Rhino Liner applied correctly, but the rest of the dealership seems to be okay.
