After dealing with dealerships over and over in the Greensboro and the High Point area we decided to venture out to Everett Chevy in Hickory after discovering that they had several GMC Acadia's for sal Greensboro and the High Point area we decided to venture out to Everett Chevy in Hickory after discovering that they had several GMC Acadia's for sale via the internet. The week prior we spoke to Kris Kerr by phone who described his inventory of GMC Acadia's that were available. When asked to look around the vehicle's and point out any door dings or issues he was very willing, honest and even took picture's and sent them to our phone. November 4, 2011 we drove to Everett Chevrolet in hopes we would not get the same unorganized and run around treatment that we had been used to over the last 3 months. Upon arrival Kris had the car we were interested in under the portico waiting for us to look at out of the rain. We took the vehicle for a test drive and Kris didn't pressure us to have him ride with us and gave us a choice that he could go or we could go alone. We also test drove a second Acadia but ended up buying the first one as it was super nice and in new condition. From that point forward we had the MOST PLEASANT experience in buying a car, than we've had in a long time. Kris made a statement during the purchase as we were trying to get the numbers right, he said I'm here working for you, and that I feel like he truly was. It was well worth the 85 miles one way and 170 miles round trip. Kris, thank you for your kindness, generosity and respect. Kris knew the figures we needed to be at and got as close as possible. We are very happy with our "New Acadia". Maybe Everett Chevrolet should teach customer service to Vann York auto group, Flow Auto of Greensboro and Vestal GMC of Kernersville on how customers really should be treated. Thanks Kris !!!! More

I had been looking online for months for the right SUV with the right price in the condition that I deem acceptable. The staff were all friendly which is rare at dealerships which are usually cut throat and trying to squeeze every penny out of you. We made a deal and I got the Acadia I was looking for with more options and less miles than I expected in my price range. We drove 2 hours (4 round trip) to buy our 2011 Kia Sorento because of Tom Bush. When I talked with him on the phone I felt he was honest, straight forward and really wanted to help us. After meeting him in person, he proved my assumptions correct. He did not try to talk us into anything we didn't want and got us the best possible price on the car we wanted. The only snag we had was getting our loan because our Credit Union required extra information from the dealer that they were not used to providing. It took a couple days extra to get everything correct, but, fortunately, Tom persevered and got them all the information they needed to process our loan. Of course being "women" & never had worked in the auto sales industry we expected to get ripped off & worked over. We came to test drive a 2011 Chevy Equinox. A quick ride around the block doesn't really tell us anything so we asked if we could take the car home overnight so we could really test drive it & drive it in the dark, back it into the driveway etc. We were allowed to take it & we took it for a ride up Rt. 181 ( great road to test drive a vechicle). I found that the 4 cylinder didn't have the power I wanted & knew with 4 adults & fully loaded with luggage it wouldn't have the power to climb mountains with ease. We brought it back next day ( after telling Heath we had an accident with it ) LOL & asked to try the 2008 Chevy Equinox they had on the lot. I only had to pull out of your driveway to know that this was what we were looking for. So now the fun begins .. time time talk $$. We had a 2000 Chrysler that I really didn't want to part with & a 2008 Chevy Malibu. Health was really patient while we figured the trade several different ways. ( He must have been thinking "WOMEN"...) !! In the end we kept the Chrysler & got the Chevy Eqinox too. WINNING !! Best of both worlds for me & I am very happy. Love the new car but still love my baby too. ha ha So far Heath has kept his word & had the leather seats repaired & will be getting a hitch put on for us. We just wanted you to know that we are really pleased with the way your entire team of people treated us. They even offered us hamburgers & hot dogs from their little Bar-B-Que. What a nice jesture.
