I was met at the lot by Conrad, our salesman, he was great!! The car wasn't on that lot, so he let me drive one just like it and had the car I wanted brought over. That same afternoon I was able to drive home in my new car. Conrad went above and beyond any expectation I could have possibly had in regard to customer service. He was so accommodating and made the process of buying a car simple, easy, and fast. My husband works in Winston-Salem, we live in Statesville, Conrad had a driver take the documents to Statesville so my husband could sign them in the most convenient way possible. He and I noticed a small nick in the glass and he replaced the windshield no question. He made sure I left there 110% happy in my new car. Everyone that I dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. I can not say enough about the experience. I already have recommended this dealership to my friends, and especially the young man that sold us our car. We are in the market for another vehicle within the next year and we will definitely be buying it from Everett. The experience, made in large part by Conrad's effort, has made me a repeat customer for sure!!! More
Conrad Smith-Outstanding service I had been in the market for a truck for a few months, but due to my work travel schedule, was not able to make it out to a dealership. I got in touch I had been in the market for a truck for a few months, but due to my work travel schedule, was not able to make it out to a dealership. I got in touch with Conrad Smith, at Everett Chevy when I expressed interest about a 2014 Silverado that I had seen on the website. I explained to him that due to my travel schedule, and location (I live in Greensboro, NC) I would not have time to come to the dealership. Conrad had no problem working remotely with me on purchasing a new truck, and even offered that a driver could deliver a purchased truck to me in Greensboro, and drive my trade-in back so I would not need to modify any of my existing travel plans. Unfortunately, I had no prior knowledge of the Silverado, including any of the options that were available. Conrad, again, was happy to help. After giving a brief overview of the trims and packages, Conrad sent me pictures of various vehicles, along with window stickers and build sheets so we could review every option listed on each truck. For each truck sent (probably 10 to 15 overall), Conrad would review the build-sheets with me (often outside of his business hours), and answer any questions I might have. I was very specific in my questions, asking for package or option descriptions/functionality by GM’s internal build codes, and Conrad provided an answer promptly every time. We continued this process until we found a truck that I was happy with. Knowing that I was due to be in Hickory for a few days on business, Conrad prepared all the paperwork in advance of my arrival. Once I made it into town, I walked into the dealership, met Conrad in person for the first time, and left shortly thereafter with my new Silverado. Throughout this process, I was extremely impressed by Conrad’s product knowledge, and his attention to detail. He truly went above and beyond his ordinary duties to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted. I would strongly recommend Conrad to anyone, included my friends and family, looking for a new GM vehicle. -JF More

We drove over an hour and a half to get there and when we arrived John (salesman) had both cars pulled up to the front and met us with the keys in hand to drive the cars. Gave us time to talk about which car we wanted and had all the necessary paper work ready. John was great, very knowledgable, professional and personal. When we picked up the car it had been professional cleaned, all the necessary items were done and the product consultant was awesome. He came out and went over everything on the car and answered all our questions. We have had many cars and by far this was the best experience we have had. We highly recommend Everett and will be going back there in the future! Thank you guys! More
Very Helpful & Friendly I went on Everett Chevrolet's web site and saw a new Equinox that had the features we wanted. I was e mailed several times over the week-end by Chris. He was supposed to be off on Monday but he set-up and appointment with us. We meet him and test drove the car and was very pleased with it. He was very helpful in closing the deal on Monday. So far very we have really enjoyed the new Equinox. If any one wants great service go by and see Chris at Everett Chevrolet. I looked at new GMC, Chevrolet, and Buick products. I was also shown certified pre-owned vehicles. I did chose to purchase my first used vehicle. I was very satisfied with the time spent browsing the vehicles and test driving each. I really like the selection offered on the lot I was also pleased with my experience with finance as well. . So, my first day's experience was a 5. However, the following day was not the same experience. I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle after being cleaned and I was not as pleased. The car had not been cleaned at all in the inside. in fact, a friend who accompanied me even commented on the dirt on the appearance inside the vehicle. The car was given to me with less then 1/4 tank of gas, which was a surprise. I have never purchased a vehicle without having full tank gas when I left the lot. Finally, I was told I would have someone teach me about the vehicle when I picked up the car, but this did not occur. This second day rating would be 3. So the average of the two days rating I would give would be 4. I would recommend the dealership to others as I know my family has purchased two vehicles now and been pleased. I would likely return myself and hope this was just a mishap. More

A Service Department Manager Who Could Care Less HORRIBLE experience! , buyer beware, if you want a good relationship in which the dealer takes care of your concerns and is helpful in solving your pr HORRIBLE experience! , buyer beware, if you want a good relationship in which the dealer takes care of your concerns and is helpful in solving your problem, this is not the place. I just spent 45 minutes with the service manager there and he was more concerned with trying to test my story and prove my service concerns wrong, rather than going outside to even look at the our Impala. We have a lot of water showing up under the glove box, in the floor board, passenger side. The service manager said he has not once heard of leaking and water accumulating in such a manner. When I told him of the 12 and more pages online, stating the Chevy Impala has had problems like this before, with many people online trying to figure it out, his exact words were " you can make anything up on the internet." Not exactly what I had expected to hear from a dealership service manager. Our family is the original owner of the 2003 Impala with only 84,000 miles on it and well taken care of. He felt that a car this old regardless of very low miles could have a bad leaking issue, and it wasn't a manufacture issue,,,,, interesting we have had other cars over the years with over 200,000 miles and never any issues, so is he saying maybe only an American made Impalas are prone to issues like major leaking after such few miles??? My biggest complaint with this company, Everett Chevrolet is that they advertise how great they are and are service friendly; yet, after the sale they obviously forgot about their ads on TV and could care less about looking at their customer's concerns. The service manager offered a $25 coupon off the possible solving of the problem, but with an estimate just to look at the car at $200, we figured after repairs, we could be in for an unpleasant surprise. So much for buying a car from a dealership and expecting good service after spending over $20,000 on a car. Don't get me wrong, they were not rude, they basically were just not interested in helping us in the leaky situation, so I recommend buying your Chevy somewhere else, or you may be disappointed with the service after the sale, and the not so compassionate service manager. Through the entire process the service manager never once even went outside to look at the car. We drove down to Clark tire where we always do business and told them about the leak and they immediately said "no worries, we'll take a look." He immediately went outside and looked at the window and lifted the hood, ran a hose pipe over the area and saw where the leak was coming from (10 minutes of work) and said " it looks like a cowl seal issue," - but my point is, Clark Tire treated me like the loyal customer I am. We have always bought all of our tires from there and will continue to do so, Everett did not meet our expectations of providing quality service or helping to even aid in resolving our issue, so we will never shop there again, nor ever purchase a car there. I guess this is a $22,000 dollar lesson, buy from someone who understands customer service and a company who doesn't conduct their service manager meetings at 10:15 in the morning, while customers are waiting to speak with them. Waiting and then not being satisfied with the results. Buyers beware! More
