After my encounters with the parts and service departments when I wife totaled her car I knew one of the places I would have to look was Everett Chevrolet. When I arrived on Friday the 12th and walked in to the show room I was introduced to Neal Parsons, I was inquiring about the Chevy sonic, Neal Started to ask the important questions like do you have a trade in, what are you looking for in a car etc. We looked at the two Sonics that where on the lot and drove one around town. When we got back to the dealer ship I let him know the car was for my wife and I would want her to drive it he said bring her by. This is the point where I really started to like Mr. Parsons he did not push me to call here get her there he printed me off the info I requested and gave me a card and said I could call if I needed anything or had questions. With my wife and child in tow we returned to the dealership on Saturday morning so she could drive the car in his words drive it around for a little bit no rush. Before we left we told him we liked the hatchback, while we were driving the car he found us two hatchbacks on in Statesville, we told him we were going to take our car and look at it, he said take our car to that dealer to drive it and if we liked the hatch back he would get us one. When we returned back to the dealership he asked us what we thought, we liked the car we were driving, as we started the paper work he was super nice to my daughter providing her with a snack and a drink. He not only got me the car I thought I could not afford but he got it to me for the payment I wanted. I am now the happy owner of a 2012 Chevy Sonic and I will never do business anywhere else but Everett Chevrolet. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had.
