We recently bought a used car from Everett Chevrolet. It’s a beautiful car with low mileage, the price was very fair, and one of the lowest on the internet for the condition of the car. Tom Truitt was our salesman and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was a great salesman without leaving you with the feeling of being sold. Our experience with him alone was fantastic and if we were rating him alone he would get 5's all the way. However, we had a few issues with the dealership itself. I rated customer service poorly for the following reasons: We bought the car on a Thursday and it we did not actually receive the car until the following Tuesday. It wouldn't be such a big deal except we were told it would be ready Friday, then Monday, then finally Tuesday. We even took a little higher interest rate than we qualified for to make it easy and get the paperwork finished that night! As a business owner, if my employees have to stay a little late or longer than usual to make the customer happy, then we stay till it's right. Instead of staying an hour or two longer, they completely disregarded customer satisfaction and kept pushing us off till the next day. On Monday night (4 nights after originally purchasing the car) we were finally offered a loaner vehicle, but refused it based on the fact we live 30 minutes away and it inconveniences us more to pick the loaner vehicle up. The car was being detailed and removing a pinstripe in the body shop. The quality of the body work was excellent, but the detail was not thorough at all. One would think if it took that long to detail something, it would be perfect when it was finished. This was not the case. There were crumbs, paperclips and change underneath the seats and in the crevices of the seats. The dash had not been wiped down at all and there was a sticky mess in the back cup holder. I do not expect a new car to be 100% perfect, but when you pay over $30k for something you don't anticipate having to spend 2 hours when you get it home getting it clean...and it did come clean! It's not as if these were permanent stains. Where the pinstripe had been removed had been waxed, but the wax job stopped after the pinstripe area and did not go above it. As I said, Tom Truitt was excellent at his job and don't get me wrong, we love our new car! But if we had known lack of professionalism and customer courtesy of Everett Chevrolet, our ultimate decision may have been different. Just keep this in mind if you decide on this dealership! If you do settle on Everett, definitely use Tom Truitt. He does a great job and was the only redeeming quality about our experience. More

Everything was exactly as it had been presented to us over the phone by the salesman. The finance manager also did not try to force us with a list of extras that we didn't need and was very knowledgable and respectful. This is certainly not one of the auto dealerships that sometimes give the car industry a bad name. The best thing about the purchase is that we now own a GREAT AMERICAN CAR!!!
