I had already made up my mind that I wanted a Camero for my next vehicle. I had completed two test drives at two different dealerships in the past week. One dealer never called me back with a price quote my next vehicle. I had completed two test drives at two different dealerships in the past week. When I got home, I started researching on the Internet and found a new 2012 45th Anniversary Camero at Everett Chevrolet in Hickory that had an Internet price $1000 lower than the plain Jane Camero I had driven that afternoon! I called Everett Chevrolet and spoke with Jim Williams. They had just got the car in that day! I put down a deposit down over the phone and picked up the car the next day. Jim did as much pre-work as possible to make my purchase experience as quick because I wanted to get on the road and drive! Ryan Hoke did an excellent job of explaining all the bells and whistles my new car had (many of which were never explained to me in previous test drives). The only way I could be more pleased is if they had given me the car for free...Thanks to all at Everett Chevrolet! More

Buying a new car can be a tough process and not entirely pleasant from my past experiences. Neil was extremely friendly, went above and beyond to answer all questions, was not pushy, very accomodating for me with my schedule, and overall far exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I saw the car I purchased online with Everett, but I do not live in the same town as this dealer. I was blown away that they lined up drivers to bring the car to me for test drives. I went to Everette to look at ans hopefully purchase a used 2008 Mustang GT convertible. Had personnel at the dealership not been courteous and/or helpful, we would have walked out. Mr. Garcia was helpful and courteous and within one 'visit' to the sales mgr, we had agreed on the price. Arranging the financing was easy and within 2 hours, maybe a little more we left with our new - used car. I would recommend Everette but it is approx. 60 miles from where I live. Again, we went there primarily to look and purchase the car in question. If people ask me and they've done some internet research, yes I would tell them to try Everette. More
