I left a review weeks ago,mentioned the issue I had when buying my car from this dealership, and still haven’t spoken to anyone. I do understand there’s a pandemic happening right now, and I am very sympath buying my car from this dealership, and still haven’t spoken to anyone. I will be sure to never do business with this dealership again. I also hope capital one/ auto navigator disassociates themselves with them as well. More

I was originally happy with my purchase of a 2019 Impala, until i went over my contract when i got home. The sales manager assured me "verbally" he discounted my car. I let him and the salesman know i was working on my credit, l just moved here, and i haven't had luck finding a car here. I also let them know I was upside down on my car. They assured me they would "look out for me" and Get me the "best deal" they could. The salesman wasted my time tryna sale me a brand new car that i did"nt want. Finally, he listens to me and sells me the car i originally came to buy. I asked about the price, and if it could go any lower. The sales manager said he would help me out, with much negotiation, he said he would drop the price by $500. Which was fair for all the wasted time on the car i did'nt want. But shame on me for not paying attention before signing the contract (After being there for 6 hours i was exhausted and ready to go).I tried contacting the salesman he said its nothing he can do. I feel like i was taken advantage of…. No one will even call me back. I regret doing business with this dealership. I wish i could just get me old car back. More
