I was referred to Everett by a family member and got a call from Heath McPherson on the evening of 8/28. My husband and I were looking for a well maintained used Toyota Avalon with low mileage. Everett's had a 2004 Avalon advertised on the internet with 46,000 miles on it, so we inquired and were connected wit Toyota Avalon with low mileage. Everett's had a 2004 Avalon advertised on the internet with 46,000 miles on it, so we inquired and were connected with sales rep Tom Truitt. He was helpful, friendly, thorough and never pushy: I never felt pressured. I felt that he was genuinely interested in helping us find a car that would meet our needs. Because of our high interest in the advertised car, he suggested that we put a deposit down on it, so that we could have some time to schedule a trip to see it without worrying about it being sold before we got there. We're from Augusta, GA, but the three and a half hour drive to Hickory, NC was well worth it. An atmosphere of professionalism and service permeated the dealership. Tom sold us an excellent car at a good price that meets our needs. Because of a few problems we discovered with the vehicle, we returned to Augusta without the car, with the understanding that it would be delivered to us in a few days with the problems fixed (which they were). Two drivers arrived this evening, both very pleasant guys, with the car and we finished out the last details of the purchase. What a pleasant experience all around. I would recommend Tom Truitt, Philip Warren or any of the Everett team to anyone! More
