My husband has purchased 2 Cadillacs from this dealer in the past. We contacted Heath last week to inquire about an SRX that we saw online. My husband told Heath that I was interested in an SRX $32,500 bu the past. We contacted Heath last week to inquire about an SRX that we saw online. My husband told Heath that I was interested in an SRX $32,500 but that I wanted a different color. Heath informed my husband that he would look for one. He then proceeded to tell my husband that my husband "burnt" him on the last vehicle trade and that they paid my husband too much for the last Cadillac on the trade in. My husband questioned Heath as to how this could be his fault. Customers are not allowed participated in the appraisal of their own vehicle, nor do they set the final offer. If Everett offered too much, that was not my husband's fault, nor should it have been discussed with my husband in such an unprofessional manner. Heath then proceeded to tell my husband that it took a long time to resale the vehicle. Shortly after this call, Heath sent my husband a link via email for another vehicle that was awaiting delivery to Everett. We reviewed the email and decided to speak with Heath about the car. At the same time, I had referred my co-worker to the Everett website where she found a vehicle that she was interested in. When I spoke with Heath about the car, it was still in transit and had not arrived at Everett. When the car arrived, I spoke with Heath and asked what kind of deal we could make. He told me that he could match the price of the first car $32,500. I asked if he could do better and he said "no". I told him that I was going to purchase an 2010 SRX premium package, the question was, would it be from him. I told him that I had found one online for $28,000 but that it was further way. I also told him that my co-worker was very interested in a vehicle she found online. He had the opportunity to make 2 sales that day. He refused to reduce the price on the SRX that I was interested in, so I transferred him to my co-worker. He spoke with her about the car that she interested in and agreed to fax her information on the car so that she could review it with her bank. She never received the information. He also told her that I didn't understand all the extras that were being offered on the vehicle that I was looking at and that I didn't understand the pricing. This was upsetting to me because, he didn't explain ALL THE EXTRAS I was to receive. Once again he was very unprofessional when speaking with a potential customer. I had referred her to him and he chose to speak negatively about me to her regarding information that he never gave me. I spoke with my husband and he decided to speak another sales rep and he contacted Lindsey via email. Lindsey told my husband that she would speak with a Manager. My husband was then sent an email from Heath stating that the list price price was the final offer (we still have the email). I found Heath to be very unprofessional and I find it hard to believe that Everett would have pasted up the opportunity to sale 2 cars all because Heath was upset about a previous transaction that had nothing to do with my husband, although Heath blamed him.. If a deal could not be made, fine, I can keep looking. I am offending by by way we were spoken to, and spoken about. More

I was impressed with everyone we dealt with. From the saleslady to sales manager and finance manager to detail employees, they all were couteous and professional. Lynne Collins in particular went out of saleslady to sales manager and finance manager to detail employees, they all were couteous and professional. Lynne Collins in particular went out of her way to help with all the details. She had just received some bad news on a personal note but was still there for us in our buying experience. We have a couple minor issues to return the car for and we are sure they will be resolved to our satisfaction. We would recommend Everett Chevy to anyone. More
