I purchased a used car which had not been cleaned, detailed, and needed new tires. The dealership said they would take care of those things and gave me a NICE rental car. I finally got my car 8 days later and it was not detailed the way it should have been. Cleaner had been sprayed on the doors and not wiped off, when it dried, it left a sticky mess. I was told I would get a 2 keys and one key fob. I am still waiting on the spare key. Jamie, was a sweet salesman and was wonderful to work with. Not sure where the ball was dropped, but I was quiet disappointed with the overall experience. More
