I cannot say how pleased I have been with my total experience at Everett Chevrolet. I knew I was going to buy a new car and was set on a Kia Sorento and had been for over a year. I was waiting for t experience at Everett Chevrolet. I knew I was going to buy a new car and was set on a Kia Sorento and had been for over a year. I was waiting for their new model to come out. I chose the Kia because of gas mileage ratings and size. My husband suggested that I at least would consider another vehicle so I checked gas mileage on other brands to see if any compared. To my surprise, the Equinox and Terrain had jumped ahead of the Kia Sorento so I decided to try them. After going to two other dealerships I contacted Everett by email. Tom Bush contacted me immediately and was warm and gracious and not pushy. He seemed genuinely eager to help me find the right car. I was up front with him telling him that I was also interested in the Sorento. He had no problem with that. I went to see him and drove the Equinox. Tom's manager, Jeff Phillips, came in and spoke with me and then I spent time with Ryan Hoke who showed me more details in the car. Based on what I told Ryan and Tom regarding interior colors, they asked me if I would be interested in a Terrain as it had the exact combination I wanted. They found the exact car for me and worked out all the details. The finance manager, Ron Powell, worked out the financing details perfectly for me. Upon delivery, Tom was with me the whole way answering any other questions and attending to details like ordering me an extra key from the parts department and a heavy duty cargo mat that is a must for me. Ryan spent an hour showing me everything on my new Terrain. He was patient and knew the car inside and out. I love it and the experience was terrific! I would recommend the dealership and personnel to everyone. More

Our experience at Everett was excellent! The customer service was phenomenal, everyone had a smile on their face, and everyone made sure we were being taken care of. bought a used vehicle and had it back in the shop the next week with transmission slipping and bad oil leak. we were told if the car had any major problems they would they would fix with no problem. car next week with transmission slipping and bad oil leak. we were told if the car had any major problems they would they would fix with no problem. car is not 3 months old and less than 1000 miles when the transmission had problems again. tina lynch said it is my problem and nothing they can do for me. they have women who know nothing about vehicles that reviewed the case. i was going to buy a new 3500 silveraldo in the next month from the dealer plus my sister and other friends were also but we will be taking business elsewhere. and will be telling everyone i know not to buy there. Everett will not stand behind their vehicles. More

Everette had the vehicle I was looking for and Heath McPherson was very helpful on the phone, so my wife and I drove over from Durham to check it out.
