I purchased the car "sight unseen" and Neil arranged for the car to be delivered to my home @ no charge. The car arrived exactly when promised and was exactly how Neil represented it over the phone. Neil has been very helpful after the purchase as well. He takes time to answer any question I have, no matter what time, even on the days he is not at the dealership. What a painless and pleasant experience buying our new 4x4 truck. We had contacted several dealerships online one evening and by 9am the next morning we had a call from Neil Parsons asking exactly what w 4x4 truck. We had contacted several dealerships online one evening and by 9am the next morning we had a call from Neil Parsons asking exactly what we were looking for in a truck. Most of the work was done by phone and Neil even offered to bring a truck to our home as we live an hour away. Deciding to drive there and try out the truck we found he had two trucks ready for us. He had certainly listened when we listed what we wanted and we drove home with a new truck. He never tried to talk us into other options and explained how to work the options available on the truck. I cannot say how pleased I have been with my total experience at Everett Chevrolet. I knew I was going to buy a new car and was set on a Kia Sorento and had been for over a year. I was waiting for t experience at Everett Chevrolet. I knew I was going to buy a new car and was set on a Kia Sorento and had been for over a year. I was waiting for their new model to come out. I chose the Kia because of gas mileage ratings and size. My husband suggested that I at least would consider another vehicle so I checked gas mileage on other brands to see if any compared. To my surprise, the Equinox and Terrain had jumped ahead of the Kia Sorento so I decided to try them. After going to two other dealerships I contacted Everett by email. Tom Bush contacted me immediately and was warm and gracious and not pushy. He seemed genuinely eager to help me find the right car. I was up front with him telling him that I was also interested in the Sorento. He had no problem with that. I went to see him and drove the Equinox. Tom's manager, Jeff Phillips, came in and spoke with me and then I spent time with Ryan Hoke who showed me more details in the car. Based on what I told Ryan and Tom regarding interior colors, they asked me if I would be interested in a Terrain as it had the exact combination I wanted. They found the exact car for me and worked out all the details. The finance manager, Ron Powell, worked out the financing details perfectly for me. Upon delivery, Tom was with me the whole way answering any other questions and attending to details like ordering me an extra key from the parts department and a heavy duty cargo mat that is a must for me. Ryan spent an hour showing me everything on my new Terrain. He was patient and knew the car inside and out. I love it and the experience was terrific! I would recommend the dealership and personnel to everyone. More

Our experience at Everett was excellent! The customer service was phenomenal, everyone had a smile on their face, and everyone made sure we were being taken care of.
